The Panebianco family history originates from the picturesque town of Linguaglossa, nestled in the heart of Sicily. Our journey to Australia, which transpired in the 1950s, was marked by an unwavering commitment to infuse the essence of our homeland into the Australian landscape, fueled by an abundance of passion, relentless hard work, and unwavering determination.
For over two decades, the Bianco brand has etched an enduring history within the hospitality industry, establishing itself as a cornerstone of excellence. Our deep-rooted connections with the Royal Agricultural Society bear witness to our dedication to tradition and quality. Throughout the past 20 years, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to supporting local communities and have been privileged to continue this legacy.
In 2022, Bianco Group embarked on a transformative journey, instigating a comprehensive restructuring that redefined both the brand and its future. With a longstanding 33-year presence in the Brighton-Le-Sands community, we are thrilled to announce our latest chapter—a strategic relocation to Banksmeadow, just a brief 10-minute commute from Sydney's CBD.
Our newly established Casa "home" proudly serves as our headquarters which emcompasses our head office and state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Here, we meticulously oversee the craftsmanship of goods for our home delivery service Bianco Pantry, along with our Wholesale offering and Events/Catering services, as well as all restaurants associated with our group.
Our investment and commitment to upholding time-honored, authentic processes remains firm, ensuring that each meal we prepare attains the highest standards of quality, approved by Nonna Bianco of course. Our vision remains strong as we prepare for rapid growth and expansion through our diverse divisions, which continue to flourish.
